Artisan Genius, LLC (“Artisan Genius,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Artisan Genius websites and mobile applications (the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use our websites, dashboards, and iOS/Android apps.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:

  • Account information such as name, email address, phone number, company name, and login credentials
  • Business and performance data you or your company enter into Artisan Genius (for example technician profiles, scores, goals, and related operational metrics)
  • Support communications when you contact us by email, phone, form, or in-app channels
  • Device and usage data such as app version, device type, operating system, approximate location derived from IP address, crash logs, and diagnostic information
  • Cookies and similar technologies on our websites for basic functionality, preferences, and analytics

2. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Services
  • Authenticate users and secure accounts
  • Deliver scoreboards, coaching workflows, notifications, and related product features
  • Respond to support requests and provide onboarding help
  • Process billing and manage subscriptions where applicable

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

4. Mobile app permissions

Our mobile apps may request device permissions needed for core functionality (such as notifications or network access). You can manage many permissions in your device settings. Declining optional permissions may limit some features but should not prevent basic account access where otherwise available.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, meet business and legal requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take steps to delete or de-identify it.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children’s privacy

The Services are intended for business use and are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

To make a request, email jason@artisangenius.com. If you use Artisan Genius through your employer, some requests may need to be handled through your company administrator.

Artisan Genius is operated from the United States. If you access the Services from another country, your information may be processed in the United States and other locations where we or our service providers operate.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
